Spanish Lessons

Not sure if I should title this post as "Spanish Lessons" or "Lesson Learned". After exploring several options of Spanish classes near my workplace and in the city where I live, I finally surrendered to my long commute. Office hours are so stringent (along with a set schedule because of carpool) that I can not afford an hour during the daytime to take Spanish lessons near workplace. And I get back home slightly after 7PM, and no classes are conducted after 6PM in my city. Rockford Sucks!

But, there is some good news! Technology has brought so much innovation that me and my wife are going to take Spanish lessons online. Teachme123.com is offering two free lessons and if we like them, we will continue this until we finish at least level-1. Initially bought 5 credits for $12 and Hr and scheduled our first lesson @8PM tomorrow (actually today as its 00:12AM already). Stay tuned for outcome of that.

On the other hand, I am getting back to my remaining MBA applications. I glanced over the journal entries of Stern students and a day in life of a guy who seems to have mastered multitasking at Stern. All in all, got some great information on the classes, subjects and activities at Stern. Another important task I accomplished today is scheduling visit to Ross. Although I am not sure what benefit I will get from that or how it will impact my chances of admission there, but, nothing to lose!

got to sleep now otherwise carpool partners will soon drop me off and that will not be good! see ya...
